My brother, my girlfriend and I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment from November 25th to December 1, 2011. We ate at the restaurant several times. We used day passes on the bus which included a ferry ride. The Paraquet was our home away from home with a nearby grocery store. From the Paraquet, we toured our island in the sun.... More

Perfect place to stay if you don't want to spend a fortune.Comparable to a very nice motel room in the US. Clean, plenty of space, A/C. Centrally located - close to south shore beaches, capital of Hamilton, right on bus line. Restaurant on grounds - good for quick meals, sandwiches, breakfast. Highly recommend for first-time visitor. Me and my friend (mid 20's both female) stayed in a non- efficiency room: which means there is no kitchen. But we didn't need a kitchen - it had a small fridge and that was enough. We stayed 4 nights and the owner, Jean was so friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located in between a supermarket and Elbow beach... More

My wife and I stayed at the Paraguet for a week in an efficiency apartment. Located 10 minutes from a beach and from a supermarket, with a bus stop in front and a very reasonable restaurant on site, it was everything we needed, especially clean and quiet. The hostess, Jean, was very helpful and we will stay there again given... More

I stayed two nights in October. Here's what I would have liked to know beforehand: -no telephone in room! -no hairdyer -no shampoo -takes only Mastercard/Visa, no AMEX -no inside lock on room door -no front desk -no Internet service However, given all that, I will stay here again. Now that I know, I would pack differently and bring a... More

Myself and a friend stayed at the Paraquet apartments for one night,as we live in Bermuda, and our rental property was having work done that necessitated us moving out from 9am to 5pm the following day. To say that the apartment was basic is an understatement. The furnishings are dated, and the whole place looks like it needs renovating. If... More
