Paradise Beach Villas is an older timeshare, but is located on Eagle Beach. We were in Unit 304, which was in the phase 1 building - if you have room xx0 - x14, it means you have 'garden view' and you are facing the parking lot! Your room location will definitely determine how you feel about this resort - everyone... More

We were here from 9/11/11 to 9/1811 for the second time in two years. If your looking for a nice quiet resort with a beautiful pool area and probably the best beach in Aruba, this is for you. The week we were there the resort seemed pretty much empty making it very easy to get under a cabana pool side... More

Paradise Beach Villas is a great place from which to explore Aruba, and most importantly, it's away from the crowded hi-rise area. We were in Unit 420, which was in the phase 2 building and had a pool/ocean view. It was very spacious, and the staff did a great job of keeping it clean. We got the week as a... More

We came to Aruba to get married because we heard that it was the best place on Earth to vacation if love beaches. Our vacation did not disappoint. PBV is a small resort (only 80 rooms) which is a BIG selling point IMO. The beach (although public for anyone's use) was VERY quiet by the resort. Unlike the high-rise area... More

Aruba is spectacular and probably the easiest to get around with public transportation. We stayed at the Paradise Beach Villas which was not a fancy high rise, but was located across from the best beach in Aruba. The sand was soft white and the water was the most gorgeous color of blue I had ever seen. You could snorkel in... More

I was just at the Paradise Beach Villas. We had a parking lot view and they very nicely moved us to a third floor beach view. They let us check in four hours early which you don't see a lot. The staff was quite nice and helpful BUT the elevator is in dire need of repair and/or replacement. It is... More

Paradise beach villas is approximately an 80 unit resort in two buildings. It is located Directly across the street from Eagle Beach which is quieter than the busy Palm beach up the road. The beach is beautiful (white powder sand) and so is the resort. The resort has two pools a kiddie pool, hot tubs all are cleaned daily, a... More

After reading several bad reviews about the shape of the resort, the staff, the AC, the beds, smells etc, etc. I was incredibly worried about our booking through Interval World when exchanging our Diamond Resort timeshare time(we own at Ka'anapali) and we're used to staying in resorts, and have stayed at the Surf Club, the Ocean Club and resorts of... I just returned from a week at Paradise Beach Villas with two teenagers. We enjoyed it thoroughly. This is a small resort and we loved the quiet, not crowded atmosphere at the pool/bar area. We had a two bedroom unit with the "parking lot" view others have complained of. You can see the ocean/beach from the balcony and since we... More
