This resort was on a list of options through our vacation club and we were extremely disappointed. We were told renovations would be taking place but that it would not effect our stay. Renovations were extremely loud everyday and we requested a new room away from construction but were ignored. We also did not have hot water on several days... More

Our first time visiting paradise beach villas. We found it very spacious, clean, and enjoyable. No problem finding space at the pool or the beach. We asked for and received a room overlooking the pool and beach. The atmosphere is quiet and yes it is more of an adult condo.if you enjoy a cocktail after 7 p.m. Go next door... More

This is our second stay at PBV and we always enjoynthe no frills but comfortable atmosphere. A mature crowd, we dont miss the kids at all. Eagle Beach is the best and yes, get up early and claim your umbrella and chair. We never had a problem sharing. Dont bother to buy the $35 wifi upgrade as it doesnt work... More

The reviews are quite accurate. We traded through Interval and requested a beach front room. We had a large 2 bedroom with a beautiful view of the beach/pool. That was important to us so we were quite happy. The room was spacious, clean, simple and included all we needed but not at all stylish or fancy. The beach is absolutely... More

PBV is more of a retirement village than a beach vacation resort, but it is not a bad place to stay. Since most of the older people stay at the pool, there is pleanty of room on the beach. The view of the sunset is unobstructed, but don't plan on sitting on a loung chair on the beach to watch... More

Paradise Beach Villas delivered what it was supposed to. It was clean, had all the necessary room essentials, pools are really nice. The rooms are a bit outdated, but we were not there for the room, but the great ocean, 100 yards from the property. A few tips: If you are going to use the pools, GET UP EARLY and... More

Great location halfway between Oranjestad and Palm Beach. Mostly ate in Oranjestad and shopped/gambled in Palm Beach. Renovated rooms are well appointed. Half our party of eight got renovated rooms (overlooking the parking lot) and half didn't (overlooking the pool). Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils you need. Cooked out on the fully accessorized grills... More

I was worried about the rooms reading the reviews. Not to worry as far as I could see the remodels were complete. Our suite number 228 was great. Balcony looking out to the ocean, just had the traffic of the main road to deal with which was not bad at all. It seemed pedestrians were given the right of way... More

The room was great I loved the fully appliance kitchen and multiple fans. The room was also equipped with an additional humidifier which brought great pleasure. Staff was pleasant and didn't bother us with anything. Down sides: Hotel being renovated inside. Missing lighting fixtures, paint and rom numbers on doors. It was very unattractive. One of the pools was being... More

Paradise Beach Villa is looking a little tired these days, good news is they are slowly renovating the rooms and after renovation they are quite nice. Not sure I would stay here again though, this was our 2nd time and not as great an experience. Construction was going on on one pool which is understandable it has to be done... More
