We booked the Presidential suite for one night as a special relaxing treat to ourselves. There was nothing presidential about our stay. the room itself was dusty, the bathroom had tiny bathtowels instead of bath sheets and there were no robes or slippers. one of the doors onto the balcony was broken, which my husband managed to fix by himself....
