My husband and I booked into Woodall Country House and Spa for a relaxing weekend. From the time we arrived until the time we said a very reluctant goodbye, the management and staff made our stay awesome. All the little touches - chocs on the pillow, the personalised welcome letter, daily world news update etc made the stay extra special.... More

Woodall Country House is a beautiful and luxurious hotel with excellent service and incredible food. It's a wonderful place to stay near the fabulous Addo Elephant park. The service could not have been more friendly and the rooms were gorgeous with fabulous bathrooms.

My family and I stayed at Woodall Country House and we were very impressed by the attention to detail that the owners had achieved . The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms matched the rooms perfectly. My children now teenagers (12 & 14 ) felt very special honored , there was a welcome note on their beds addressed to... It's hard to know where to start when describing just how amazing Woodall is. My husband and I spent three nights here (we opted for the three night all inclusive safari package) and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. From the minute we arrived we received a big warm welcome and that really set the tone for the rest... More

We only stayed 2 nights this time, which was our first stay, but we will definitely be staying longer next time, what a wonderful time we had here, an idyllic spot, so relaxing and the food was superb with excellent service and attention to detail, our Game Drive around Addo was one of the highlights of our South African holiday.

We stayed here for 1 night during our Garden Route tour and my only complaint is that we were not here long enough. The Woodall is in a lovely, peaceful country location ideally situated for Addo Elephant Park (for which they will arrange Game Drives etc.). The layout is small guesthouses dotted about the grounds with a separate reception building,... More

We arrived at Woodall late at night as we had been on the road for several hours. We were met with an incredibly warm welcome and an even warmer room. Our dinner was exceptional and the mushroom soup was the best that I have ever had. Exhausted we collapsed in the comfiest bed. Breakfast the next morning was just as... More

We stayed at Woodall seven years ago and we wondered if it would be as good as we remembered it? It was. And better. Owners Debbie and James Miller welcomed us back with open-arms to their wonderful Lodge. And they kindly upgraded our room. This time we had our own private pool and no less than four showers - two... More

We stayed at Woodall for 2 nights 2&3rd Feb 2013. I can't say how lovely it was, the hotel & gardens are so beautiful, the food is excellent in quality and in service & is prepared by chefs from the local community who are trained by/at Woodall. The manager, Ruen takes his job very seriously- always present ensuring that guests... More
