Great place to stay if you want to meet other backpackers. I had a great time at Little Morgans, and I'll never forget it. I was there for three nights, and I met people from all over the world in those three days. While I was staying there, three girls arrived wanting a place to stay, but Morgan's was full.... More

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good, affordable food; cheap, delicious drinks. They are very upfront about being an open, airy place, and bugs are part of that. They provide mosquito nets on the beds, but be aware, there are lots of bugs. This is a great place for laid-back travelers/backpackers who don't mind bathrooms and showers outside (private with bamboo... More

Wow. just wow. I can't say enough great things about this place. My friends and I stayed in one of the private rooms for 3 nights and had a great time. They arranged a hike up Ometepe with a local guide (who they let keep all the profit)...they serve up amazing and hearty meals...perfect after a day of moving around... More

When we were 25 we would've thought this was the greatest place ever. As parents of 11 and 14 year olds, it just doesn't fit. Morgan and Richard were very nice, but it is what it is - a place for 20-somethings on an adventure. The fishing trip was pretty cool. When we got back at sunset, the crew of... More

This is the coolest jungleesque hostel I've stayed at, right on the lake and excellent reasonably priced food which makes up for the distance from Moyogalpa. The hosts were super helpful and awesome all round. I loved it. Hard to leave. More

I loved, loved, LOVED little morgans!! The staff (especially the lovely RIchard), were so kind, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious, the music was great, and we felt like our beautiful dorm above the main room was a private treehouse. The location is spectacular and the atmosphere is just perfect. I would recommend this hostel to anyone!! More

We have great memories of a stay here in January 2011- great location, party place, but also quiet and relaxing. Beautiful setting, views, wildlife, creative wooden buildings. They didnt have a private room so book ahead if you want one. We ended up in the amazing dorm building in a double bed. It was actually really private set in a... More

This is a classic party hostel, which wasn't really what we were looking for but a private casita meant that we could leave the bar early. We could still hear the music from where we were so definitely not a place for tranquil relaxation. The casita was $30/night with en suite, which was very reasonable. There was a leak in... More

Probably this place is great when the weather is nice but we had some unpleasant experiences with this place. First of all the cabins are not clean at all, they never refreshed our sheets during the stay that's why they maybe don't noticed that there were bedbugs all over the place. Me and my friend both got bitten by the... More

Hi, We are deeply sorry that you found your stay disappointing as we aim to make every guest's experience as good as possible. When renting a casita, to respect your privacy, we treat it as though it is your home, and no one will enter it unless asked to do so. There are always more towels and blankets and bed... More

A fun and relaxed place. When you walk down the hill, the sweet-water lake expands in front of you. A path opens to your right. A palm frawn thatched cantina appears before you. Greetings come at you from all sides. Your not sure who works there or who is just being friendly. "Would you like to take a look at... More
