Beware. The village of many nations may seem neat/cool on it's website but it's a total scam with a few crummy teepees in a sand pit. They are dishonest! We showed up and the place was a dump! There are no showers inside Zion National Park. The campground bulletin board lists two places; one just outside the park to the south, and one to the east. Village of Many Nations is to the east. OK- There is the ZMR and within that property is "The village of many nations". We stayed at VMN.
