The front desk personnel was exceptional. The bellman Steve carried 4 LARGE suitcases upstairs to our room, was polite, professional, cordial and helpful. The hotel had an old feel but with all new updates. The one drawback was there were no elevators. The service was wonderful and the rooms were perfect. Modern with a cozy feel. We ate breakfast in the dining room, it was so much fun and really really good food, worth the money. I would stay here again More
