“Over-rated and over-priced”

This is the first time that I have been disappointed and angry enough to write a letter following a visit to a hotel. Our experience at Bay Villas was beyond poor. Back to 2010, after a long long drive, about 5 hours, finally we arrived at this wonderful beach resort. We drove 4.5 hours from Jakarta. Very treacherous road with bumpy potholes for the last 1.5hours. But once in the resort compound, landscaping and roads were beautiful.
