Stayed two nights to do whale watching in march 2013. Paid £1000 for two rooms. What an utter joke. The place is like fawlty towers. The manager is completely ineffective and simply can't be bothered. This is a shame because the hotel is beautiful and staff are willing, but aren't managed.
