The web site is misleading. The property is old (not nice old) and the facilities are not up to scratch. The web site shows a cupboard that is not their, does not have wine glasses and you would have to be hard up to cook off the grill they advertise.

Despite the truly stunning setting with uninterupted views across Lake Como, and the huge bedroom with large private terrace, we just couldn't love this place. Perhaps it was the modern concrete (slightly damp?) building, which lacked the charm of the Italian villa we had stayed in the night before.
