We really enjoyed our short stay of only one night here. From our arrival with a warm friendly greeting, tea and cake to our lovely room everything was just great. Big comfortable room with a bed to match and a view over the estuary. This is a wonderful old house in superb condition, kept very well and with all mod... More

This B&B is located in Arthurstown, Co. Wexford, not far from the ferry crossing at Passage East. This was the former Dower House of the Marquis of Donegal, built in 1830. Essentially the retirement home for the Marquis when the time came for him to hand over Dunbrody House to his eldest son. The proprietors, Tom and Ann Crosbie, are... More

We only stayed one night in this lovely B&B but felt totally at home. We were welcomed with a freshly made cup of tea and home made cake. Bedrooms nicely decorated, comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Ann and Tom were very attentive hosts and very helpful with recommendations for local walks, attractions etc. Highly recommended.!

A great place to stay and I was warmly welcomed into the home of Ann and Tom. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and overall a pleasure to visit. For anyone visiting Arthurstown, it's most certainly worth staying at Glendine.

In our search for dog friendly accomodation in Ireland (so hard to find any!) this was a real treat we uncovered. The dog loved exploring the grounds - he was completely entralled by the deer - spotted little Bambi fauns, a big stag and the females, as well as the Highland cows, sheep and open ground. The room was large... More

No restaurant on site but everything else would put it in contention to be in the Blue Book. The room, views of the bay and pastures, and the breakfast were perfect. This is an excellent B&B and is a good base from which to visit Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow, and the Hook Peninsula. Our party included guests from Thailand and Laguna... More

I arrived there with my family for a 2 night sunny stay. Unfortunately, Ann could not do anything about the weather but everything else was perfect. The rooms are bright and roomy and my chidren loved wondering around outside and seeing the animals. We arrived and were immediately offered tea and coffee along with some what tasted like home made... More

On our way to Connemara from Wales we stayed for the first time at Glendine Country house. The landlord was not present, but a nice young irish lady wo worked there was our guardina angel. very frinedly and helpful. Glendine Country House is exceptional: quiet, romantic, a perfetc location and a perfect place for people travelling with dogs. Thankyou for... More

For a nice break away in the sunny South East, head to the Glendine family run Country House. We spent two nights in this lovely B&B and were well looked after by the warm and friendly owner Anne who had the kettle on as we unpacked and got 'settled in' for a long awaited break away. This B&B is on... More
