I stayed here with a groupon voucher a few months ago with family for a two night break. On our arrival we got a lovely warm welcome and we were amazed with the grand furnishings and lovely warm fire. Overall lovely staff, lovely surroundings. Would recommend. Had a fabulous relaxing stay at the hotel over Easter break, probably our 10th visit! Staff are very customer focused and nothing is too much trouble for them! Kids club ladies are lovely and our kids still talk about them all! Only down side is you need to o on a diet after the huge breakfasts, dinners and scummy afternoon...

Went on a weekend break through groupon. Great from start to finish. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms and food were first class. Leisure facilities spa and golf were most enjoyable.

Another visit to this hotel did not disappoint. This hotel has everything, 2 great restaurants, a lively bar, an excellent leisure centre, spa for the wife and a golf course that will really test the best golfers.
The only small problem was that the rooms did appear to be showing their age with some small things not working or broken....
