This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our amazing bali travels. The moskito net had stains all over it, paint peeling off the wall and the bedroom floor had more stains on it then the bathroom floor. Moe at castello goes out of his way to be helpful and is friendly and efficient....the rooms are lovely and we had awesome views....bathrooms while nice would benefit from nicer toiletries etc.And the doors didn't close upstairs and you couldn't flush anything down the toilets downstairs!...taps broken and while very nice a bit run down... food variable...breakfast nice one day...poor... A fantastic location with a terrific ocean view! After the whole day in the water, it's just unbelievable to lay by your private pool, get a four-hand massage and taste delicious food for such a great value! Booze is also excellent value, if you consider its average cost in Bali.
