I stayed here with my girlfriend mid-May 2012. We cycled from Glass House Mountains railway station and were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, to be upgraded to a larger room, by the owner Keith who was very well-mannered. As it was not summertime there were very few mosquitoes around, (except in the rainforest walk), but we were encouraged to keep our... More

Our extended family stayed here for a three-night week-end. This is a very special place- unique, with a range of great accommodation, incredible kitchen/dining car, train carriage library, numerous outdoor seating areas, fruit orchard, rainforest- the list goes on and on. I cannot imagine a better place to enjoy a group gathering- something for everyone. During the day we enjoyed... More

What a beautiful place, I wish I could take my whole family here. My husband and I were lucky enough to stumble across this place on tripadvisor, so it is only right that we return the favour. We were looking to find somewhere close to the Australia Zoo and accessible by public transport. We were picked up at Glasshouse Mtns... More

We stayed at the Ecolodge last November on our first trip to Australia. An amazingly unique experience. The Ecolodge is set in an oasis garden with beautiful views, trees, plants and birds. We were shown various rooms and stayed in the renovated wooden chapel which was so spacious with the bedroom in the choir gallery! There is a railway carriage... More

Located in a tranquil setting next to Tibrogargan, the Ecolodge is a special place to stay. There are a variety of room types, we stayed in an Orchard room which was very spacious with good toilet facilities. The room was very clean and the bed large and comfortable. There are a number of other types of accommodation including an old... More

In February 2011, my husband and I chanced upon the Glass House Mountains Ecolodge, mainly so that we could visit Australia Zoo. We were hooked and wished that we could have stayed longer. We had a very comfortable Orchard Room with ensuite bathroom and use of the communal kitchen and lounge in a converted train carriage on the site. This... More

We spent one night at the ecolodge on our trip up the Eastern Australian coast. Everyone was extremely welcoming, the room was clean and well equipped, and the location couldn't be better. The converted train carriage added a unique twist and had everything necessary for cooking all of our meals. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend the... More

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend! We stayed in the church and loved every minute and didnt want to leave! A very cheery Sally showed us round the place and we later met the owner Keith who has created this wonderful corner of the earth. The train carriage that is converted into a kitchen is fabulous and very... More

Really lovely people, great accommodation (we stayed in the old church) and beautiful surroundings. It was raining so we couldn't investigate the local area too much but it was still lovely. More
