Ignoring the obvious, bad management and great position ... lets not forget the dark matter in the swimming pools, duck waste I believe. I was amazed to see large numbers of native ducks roosting in and about the swimming pools in the evenings. Furthermore, it would appear the trees are all on the other side of the fence. The Beachfront... More

At Easter time last year we were visiting Tasmania and we decided to take out a Big 4 membership. Our family was really happy with the cabins we stayed in during that time. We decided to use our Big 4 membership for our holiday this Easter, 2013 - this time staying at Forster. We chose to stay at the Beachfront... More

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay with us during Christmas. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Although Christmas is our busiest time of year, we do ensure that staffing levels are increased to accommodate the number of guests we have. Our smallest powered site measures 9m x 9m . We were disappointed in the value for money. The ocean villa we stayed it seemed tired and run-down. The tennis court was in dangerous disrepair. The grounds were well kept and the pool and playground area were in good condition. We would not stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times in their surf villas...I really think this park is way over priced for what you get... And Yes the staff are not very friendly at all...I have however always found the park to be very clean... We have since our last stay bought a van so not sure we would look at camping... More

A group of us camped on the powered sites here over Xmas-New Year. I had been looking forward to this holiday all year and was a little disappointed with the park. The sites are small and we felt crammed in with our tent, shade, car and trailer. The amenities were often very dirty and floors were dangerously slippery. Definitely a... More

Arrived early was allowed to check in early which was great as we have a young baby. Office staff wasnt the friendliest. Cabin clean and basic, location amazing, perfect spot for our older children. Cafe could have been staffed better, and office staff when leaving could have AGAIN been more friendly. Wouldn't stop me from coming back, maybe next time... More

This park was our last stop on a three week holiday. It is a 5-10 min drive north of Forster which is a lovely seaside town. The park is right on a beautiful stretch of beach. There is a small shopping centre a 2 min drive away. Facilities at park are excellent - I would imagine that it would be... More

My husband and I recently spent a night here while travelling from Sydney to Brisbane in a Motorhome. Arrived late at night, and although office was closed. A staff member pointed us in the right direction to a large reasonably flat night. And said to see office in the morning. Camp was quite empty. But what a set up, plenty... More

The park's location is fantastic and it is smack on one of the few dog friendly beaches in NSW, but dogs are banned by the park owner?!?!? The park is beach front, but the surf & ocean villas are army style cabins tucked in behind caravans and campers. The lady manager is totally obnoxious and other staff were about as... More

We just got back from a weekend at Hallidays, lovely park, expecially for the kids with great access to beach - just one thing to say and that is shame about the staff at this resort - VERY unfriendly, unhelpful - this was my second and LAST time to stay here as i feel a smile and friendliness costs nothing...
