We stayed in a deluxe tent (ensuite shower and toilet). The bed was very comfortable and ensuite was OK. There is no power to tents apart from that for lighting and recharging of cameras etc, so no way to keep food cold unless you take an esky with you. After reading a number of reviews we avoided the 'eco' tents. We instead decided to pay the $30 odd to camp. We would have been better off pitching our tent next to the north western Hwy and saving the cash. The camp ground is a bed of rock. Don't even think about trying to drive a peg into the ground... For those who love the outback, this is beautiful. Very close to the gorges - one you can walk to from the park. The facilities are minimal, but that is to be expected seeing it is a long way from anywhere. The food at the restaurant was very disappointing for the price we paid. More
