First time here. A one night stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Got a great deal on half board with a very generous allowance towards the al la carte menu. All the staff without exception were friendly, professional and very helpful. Excellent value and a great customer experience. Would certainly return.

We have just returned from the Cheltenham Chase Hotel (Spa) and had
a really nice weekend. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Good selection of Spa Treatments available. Food is excellent.
Well worth a visit and close to Cheltenham Town as well, if you fancy
