... it starts at the entry place with a unfriendly woman, followed by the staff in the restaurant. the only highlight was the boots man. he seemed to be a real native. the rest of the staff looked imported. when i asked a question, i feelt better not asking. its a shame that this place is not better staff.

Pretty lake. That's the only nice thing I have to say about this place. You have to leave your car in a streetside parking lot then drag all your luggage down a long, hilly, uneven pathway without any assistance from the rude, unhelpful, slow staff. We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant after hearing great things about it but were hugely disappointed. Externally, the Blausee restaurant fits the bill, spacious, smart, overlooking the tiny blue jewel of a lake, with attentive staff, but we should have been warned--the place was empty (there was just one other table of 4).
