“A hideaway of solace”

We first stayed in the Folly at Bratton Mill for our honeymoon in August, we loved it so much we returned to stay in the cottage over the Christmas break with friends. “Beautiful Cottage in peaceful setting”

We have just returned from spending a fabulous week Bratton Mill self catering cottage. We rented the 2 bedroomed cottage for myself, my husband, small child and my parents. Beautiful cottage, very peaceful ideal if you need a relaxing break. Kitchen well stocked, ate out only once during 5 day break, even managed a barbecue by the stream.You really need a car unless you are happy to see no one for the duration of your stay. More

“Beautifully secluded, but lacking in that special service”

Recommended in Sawdays, this was our honeymoon destination. It's a beautiful little hideaway cottage in the middle of North Devon near some excellent pubs. On the whole this was a fabulous place. The cottage itself and its surrounds (very private) are wonderful and the walking in the area, Exmoor, is superb. Regrettably there are one or two touches in attention... More
