Everything about our stay with Linda was perfect. We had to postpone our initial booking in July due to lockdown so pushed it out to October. Linda was very understanding and her communication up to the day was excellent. Even on the day of our arrival texting to say there were extra cars in her street so park in front of the garage. Linda is such a warm and welcoming person and adding to the experience provided extras which were special. Breakfast was beautiful.. The little apples were beautiful. Her house is amazing, a true B&B experience. The location of Linda's house was perfect, we left our car in the street and walked everywhere, so handy. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Our family stayed at Cecil Street B and B for 3 nights. Linda provided us with wonderful clean, warm and beautiful facilities. Breakfast provided each morning was fresh and tasty. This, our second visit was excellent once again. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Manly - a quick walk to the CBD area, the beach, the wharf and ferries and many wonderful restaurants. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful six night stay at this delightful b and b owned and run by Linda. Beautiful comfy beds with clean crisp linen and fresh flowers in the rooms. Rooms were clean and large. With three of us staying we had the two downstairs bedrooms which shared a bathroom. I was delighted by the small additional living room which contained a small sofa, TV and everything we needed for breakfast. With our own small fridge, kettle, microwave etc. Linda kindly stocked up with breakfast supplies every day which included cereals, fruit, bread, milk, jams, butter, yogurt etc and we left our pots on a tray for Linda to wash for us. We chose on a couple of evenings to eat our evening meal back at our b and b. Linda was an excellent host and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home from home.

As others have said, Linda is such a warm and thoughtful host. She would go out of her way to make your visit enjoyable. Her home is charming, in a quiet area, with very comfortable rooms plus a sitting room for guests. The bathroom is modern, with plenty of hot water. It is only a short walk downhill to the Manly Ferry, shops and beach. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with sufficient variety to cater for all tastes. I would highly recommend this B&B for a stay in Sydney.

Linda is a wonderful host. So nice to come to a friendly, beautiful B&B instead of a hotel. 10 min walk to the beach and only 5 minutes from the Butchers Cafe which does great coffee and bacon and egg rolls. You won't go wrong here. Look forward to coming back again very soon!

Having stayed with Linda previously we decided to return for the last few days of our 4 week travelling holiday. Our stay was as enjoyable as last time and we felt like we were staying with an old friend. Linda is an excellent host, providing a healthy wonderful breakfast and providing some great advice of quieter places to visit in Manly. We look forward to our next stay at Cecil Street.

We recently stayed with Linda in her lovely home in Manly. Not only was the accommodation excellent, but Linda was the perfect hostess. We had a delightful bedroom which was comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was most enjoyable with delicious fresh fruit and tasty croissants. I hope Linda would have availability next time we make the trip to Australia.

We had a delightful stay at Cecil street bed &breakfast and felt really welcomed and cared for by Linda. The breakfast consists of freshly sliced fruit, yoghurts, cereals, toast, croissant and eggs. There is also toast available with a choice of marmalade or jam. Fresh milk is available daily, and you are free to make tea and coffee anytime in the attached lounge that also has a fridge and television. The property is in a quiet location and a short 10 minute stroll takes you to the town centre and Manly beach. The bed was very comfortable and fresh towels available throughout our stay. Linda is an excellent host friendly but, not intrusive and we felt exceptionally comfortable and welcome in her lovely home, Thank you Linda for making our trip to Australia a memorable one! We would definitely like to come back in the future, Janet & Dave from the UK
