Overall hotel environment is good and friendly staff. We travel with children and old folks. The Shuttle van service by Avista is lousy! We try to book to patong at 6pm (3 hours earlier ) and was told fully booked!! They only have 14 seats at one time apparently. Come on Avista you need to be sincere in providing such... More

This hotel offers everything a family with children needs to have a great stay.
