Booked via the net. On the net the rooms looked well sized and reasonable. Prepaid before we left Australia. Emailed 3 times before we left to check if the restaurant would be open as we were staying over Christmas and got no response. booked the hotel in advance with booking.com for an overnight stay before le mans 24. a fee of roughly 65 euros seemed reasonable enough for a budget hotel with a basic breakfast. went to check out the following morning and was presented with a bill for 130 euros. obviously questioned it and was informed by the horrible and surly teenage...
