Moulins Engilbert is a working town: that's probably why the church clock still strikes teh quarter hor all through the night. I stayed here for one night last June. I took a standard room which was small, but okay, bed comfortable, bathroom fine. The hotel is nicer outside the rooms than in (stylish lobby, stairs, hallway).
