Stayed here going to Everest Base Camp and on the way back. The owners are awesome. The dinning/communal room is excellent. They crank up the stove at night and keep the room nice and warm. They allow you to charge for free (the only place I encountered) We stayed in two different ;types of rooms. There are the rooms with... More

Located right on top of naamche bazaar is, Panorama Lodge. Firstly and most importantly, people lodging there have themselves a privilege of a splendid view of the snow capped mountains. The rooms, neat and tidy, are cozy and complete with an attached bathroom having hot shower! The food is delicious, especially their potato pancakes with the cheese sauce, you'll be craving... More

Staying at Panaroma Lodge was a great experience. It's one of the hotels located at the top of Naache Baazar which means we got the best of views. The sunrise on the mountains was pretty amazing and we got from our terrace and the 360 panorama view was just 10 mins away from the hotel. The food was just very... More

Panorama Lodge is a few more steps up the trail in Namche, but the extra steps pay off in more ways than one. You'll need the acclimatization anyway. Situated above the main town the views are outstanding - blue pine and juniper plantations, colourful buildings and mountains. The dining lounge lovely, wonderfully decorated in Sherpa carpets, brass, and cushions. A... More

The beds have electric blankets and that makes all the difference on the usual two-day pit stop made in this town. (What good is a hot shower if the surrounding room is freezing? And none of these places under the $100 watermark have heated rooms.) The common room at the lodge is on the side of the valley that has... More

Hard to say, not having stayed at them all, but without a doubt the Panorama Lodge is my personal favorite. Can't beat Sherap & Lakpa Doma's incredible hospitality, the incredible queen sized beds(!), hot showers and delicious meals. Worth a visit, every time!

Your sanctuary in Namche: from great location to perfectly outfitted clean rooms and abundant hot showers. The dining room has seen its share of climbing history with many post expedition parties successfully concluded here. All under the watchful eye of Sherap and his crew. If you believe in owner managed lodges then this is the one !
