Hard to say, not having stayed at them all, but without a doubt the Panorama Lodge is my personal favorite. Can't beat Sherap & Lakpa Doma's incredible hospitality, the incredible queen sized beds(!), hot showers and delicious meals. Worth a visit, every time!
