Never expect to have 5_star hotel in Bintulu. This one definitely is. The lobby looks ordinary and use as access by the public to go to banks ATM. The room is really impressive and big. Stayed on the 9th floor. Room was great. Clean and modern. Huge bed and desk. Air-con was really cold and free canned drinks daily. A car-park attached on level 4 and a shopping mall. Breakfast was quite poor with little choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. More

The hotel was in a convenient location, built in a shopping mall and close to shops and restaurants. However, outside every room was a wifi unit which could not be switched off. The wifi made me sick. So was the bedsheet and pillow cases which were perfumed. I have stayed in many hotel with fresh sheets but not perfumed sheets. More
