Stayed in Dec 2012 for a family holiday. Check in and check out was smooth. Room was clean but not well view of sea. Buffet breakfast was satisfy. The best menu during dinner. My son keep requesting the menu of grill salmon.. He loved it very much. Swimming pool was clean and we really enjoy it.

A 4-star hotel, good location just next to the beach and overseeing the old Bintulu town. Very much accessible to the hotspots around the city. Satisfactory amenities and room service. Though breakfast meals are not of so much variety during the 4 -day stay, I would still it as one of the best.

Just having my raya holiday in Bintulu.I was choosing to stay at Parkcity because it have a swimming pool.But i am so disappointed when i saw the pool! It is so dirty! The water is so dirty and green moss all over the pool side! Really disappointed!
