I have booked this hotel for New Years eve holidays and paid more than 700 EUR for 4 nights (2 adults and 2 kids) without breakfast. I was expecting good service and nice furnished chalets as described.
Chalets were same like on pictures very nice and clean, but service was terrible. It would be better service if I rented private...

We stayed for 2 nights in the C-type (2 bedroom) appartment. The hotel offers meals up to a full-board, however, we only booked breakfast, as there is a fully equipped kitchenette in every appartment and with Spar-Supermarket in the neighbouring village, you won't be hungry. The hotel even provides bread service for self-caterers.
