Travelled with Pheonix Holidays by coach. Hotel is fantastic. Family owned. Nothing any trouble. My friend has colitis and Ingrid, the owners wife, cooked all her meals specially. Excellent hotel for visiting the Austrian lakes good rooms v.good food and Carmen who works in the bar & waitress has a wonderful sense of humour .There is a pleasant walk into the small town with a shop selling wonderful cakes.There is also a small railway station about 15 mins walk where you can catch a train to lake Attersee...
