Location: It is not far away from Penang Intl Airport, abt 15-20 mins drive away. The nearest big shopping mall is Queensbay which takes abt 10-15 mins drive away. Avoid at all costs! Flood in the creepy hallway, construction in the lobby, disgustingly dirty rooms, uncomfortable pillow/mattress, and no breakfast restaurants anywhere! Very dirty shower area, carpet was not hoovered, kitchen units was covered with little ant's. the first thing we notice there is no breakfast provided in the hotel, and we didn't get a smile when we entered the hotel and no help with our luggage.

Krystal Suites is an ok hotel but has very basic facilities. If you are looking for just a place to sleep, then this is fine, although I was expecting more from the price.
