I agree with some of the reviews: The service was practically nonexistent. Nowbody to be found to have towels on the pool which anyway we have to leave when a bunch of kids, family of the owners -and I agree with e-64: most unprofessional- came in screaming. More

The Mosteiro is truly exquisite. Abundant breakfast. We were travelling with friends and four kids and stayed at the annex house which is superbly furnished and immaculate. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The Monastery itself is a gem. More

We stayed here for 2 nights in the suite which has also has a small kitchen. When we arrived it took a while before somebody showed up. The Mosteiro is well located in a valley in the mountain range of Arada and very close, 50 metres from our room, to Rio Varoso(Varoso river) where you can take a bath.
