We stayed at the hotel for two nights and were shocked at the level of customer service. On the first evening we wanted to have the dinner buffet in the hotel. The time for dinner was displayed but not the price so we asked the receptionist, who told us it was 850 rupees per person. However, after dinner the waiter... More
