I stayed here for about 10 days with my 3 year old son. At first we booked one of the cheapest rooms. It was rubbish. It had a broken lock on the sliding door and felt like anyone could have very easily forced the door - it looked like several people had already had a go! The floor or the... More

we had the misfortune to stay at jungle park. firstly, the beach is most of the time unswimable. its all pretty sharp dead coral and rocks. we had a beach front room but the view was ugly. the thai staff were friendly when the european managers werent around. When the managers/owners were around the nice thai staff seemed to cower... More

We stayed in the upscale bungalows with views and loved it. The staff is very helpful, the rooms were so nice and spotless, and the whole experience was amazing. The only downside is you have to call from town to have them come scoop you up since taxis can't make their way up the treacherous road but it's worth the... More

Overall, this is a good, no hassle, and comfortable place to stay on north Lamai beach. However, similar to another reviewer, we too could not be bothered to find another hotel on the island (and kept extending our stay) but I'm sure we could have found something better with a swim able beach at least on south Lamai beach (we... Jungle Park , we started out with a three night stay in a beachfront room at a cost of $2500 (low season), ended up being coming lazy and couldn't be bothered moving even though we knew there was probably a better resort to stay at in Ko Samui. What keep us there was the room rate, the american breakfasts and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in April. Paid 1500 baht for an air-con room with no tv. The room was a bit outdated, but the AC worked great. The mattress was set up on a wooden box with no box springs. This resort is at the far end of Lamai beach (if its still considered Lamai) about a 15min... More

The resort is in a beautiful setting right on the beach. Our room was spacious, well air conned and cleaned everyday and good value. The food and cocktails were very nice and good value and the view was fantastic. There are plenty of other places to eat along the beach (The Spa resort is great) and taxi's to Lamai and... More

Visited for 5 nights during the summer of 2006. Beautiful oceanfront, though if you are looking to swim the water level is too low to swim in most of the day. It is about a 20 minute walk along the beach to Lamai (not all that long if you are used to walking), which makes the resort a peaceful, serene... More

We spent 7 nights in that hotel last December. I would say, that this probably the best location on Samui, clean beach, quiet and very nice swimmimg pool. Our bungalow was also pretty, clean, except the AC which was the last day not working. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel managed by a French team. Very cosy breakfast room with... More
