Good location for this resort, very close to the beach (you just walk 3min and you have your feet in the water). The rooms are nice (I tried all the categories), but the 300Bth bungalows could use a little refreshment. But it's really nothing compare the the great atmosphere in this place. The owner is always there to give you... More

This hotel was booked last minute, and I was disappointed and wouldn't stay here again. The rooms were clean, but very basic and old compared to other hotels we'd stayed in for the same price. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a gorgeous beach however so I guess it depends what you want from the holiday. The most... More

Never expect more than you are prepared to pay for and you will not be disappointed. However it costs nothing to smile to make people feel welcome...this was not our experience. Least friendly place we experienced during four weeks of travel in Thailand.

I read very good reviews about the cottage samui, so I decided to go, although I saw more places in the center. The owner looked at me like a killer. I wanted a cheap room, and he told me I could get hot water just if I pay 500 baht or more. He sent a girl to show me the... More

These comment are very hard for my hotel. I do not think you have poorly received, look like a killer, abuse....probably a misundersdanding with the english language. For 300 baht at night should not be required and if you read all the comments i think that the woles is very positive. Gallis cyril. More

I have just returned from my third visit to the cottage and i will be returning next year. The rooms are very comfortable and are kept very clean, the towels and the bedsheets are changed daily by the wonderful staff at the cottage. A 30 second walk from the cottage will get you to a lovely spot at the top... More

We had just spent a week in Mae nam in a wonderful spa resort (samui native) with pool, spa and massive room with all the trimmings for 800B so when we moved to lamai for a night we were horrified with the prices- you definitely get less for your baht here. We paid 900 for a small AC room here... More

We stayed for a week in a standard fan bungalow, which was a very good value for the money, and had everything you need and more (TV, closet, hot shower...). The resort is very nice, quiet and conveniently located, between the road and the beach. Just one minute walking to the very nice beach of Lamai, and a couple of... More

Lovely resort located at 2 minutes walking from the seashore with different prices for bungalows that allow people to choose different kind of confort. During all the day, there's a restaurant where we can order very good and tasty thai food, Pad thai and Panang are my favourites. The western food was very good as well, especially the ravioli and... What an excellent place to stay!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Cyril already knowing who we were even though we had never had any contact with the hotel directly. The bungalow was excellent - very clean, spacious and comfortable - a nice terrace also! A great location - out of the hustle and bustle so it... More

We arrived two days ago to the cottage with email confirmation of our reservation. When we arrived the owner Cyril looked at us like we had fallen from outer space and reluctantly offered us a room, we had to argue the case that he had personally emailed us to confirm our reservation and he finally gave in when I showed...
