I spent in this hotel my winter holiday .I can say that was beautiful and unforgettable time for me and for my family.I can't forget this friendly atmosphere and the staff who was very professional and friendly for everybody.Everything was perfect and ideal! “Worst hotel we ever experienced”

I won't even try to list what was sub standard but it was a terrible experience. What shocked us most was the total lack of client friendliness and the fact you had to pay extra for everything. I can't even begin to describe how truely awfull our stay has been and we won't ever go back there again. More

“Fabulous Family Holiday”

We have just come back from this warm, welcoming and family friendly hotel. The room was perfect and clean ("Latemar"), the pool and sauna area relaxing, mini-club for the kids excellent but what is really unforgettable is the friendly, fun and service-minded staff at this lovely hotel...and what else? The food in the restaurant is simply amazing! More
