We loved the location of this resort. The location was very good. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The pool was very nice. You can sit all day by the pool, enjoy the quiet, read a book. Clean beach, free from the crowds, take a walk, enjoy! Clean, simple rooms and perfect location if you're looking for a slightly... More

Spent 1 week at the Lawana Resort in May, in tropical gardens bungalows are comfortable and appropriate for the price tag. Staff always pleasant, food decent, good location right on the beach Sea a bit murky and not nice underfoot (slimy!!!!) A little distant from fishermans village.....hard work walking on soft sand, other option along busy road on a topsy... More

You get what you pay for - a medium priced hotel gives you a medium priced accommodation. Everything is fine, nothing more and nothing less. The location is really nice; one of the more quieter parts of the beach and not completely packed like the bigger resorts. An easy walk into Bophut 'center' as well. We stayed 3 people in a... More

We flew to koh samui for our wedding. We had a wedding party of 30 people and most people stayed at either LAWANA or peace resort down the road. My husband and I stayed at peace but spent 99% of our time at LAWANA. We saw ball sorts of rooms. From cheapest to most expensive. The hotel food was heaps... More

We stayed at lawana with a toddler, with an overall good experience. Friendly restaurant staff, nice pool, and pretty gardens at the resort. If you want a peacefully quiet stay then this is the place to go. However an unfortunate incident that happened a few days into our stay almost ruined it. Service staff did their daily clean and changed... More

I would tell people not to visit this place as it is a nice location beside the beach although the beach is not as nice as the beach at Lamai or Chaweng. Some decent restaurants nearby. Main resort about 1 mins walk. Check out weekly street market. Think its on a friday good experience cocktails for about a Euro although... More

I booked a premium bungalow for 4 nights. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Well decorated and 2 minutes walking from seaside. Very good buffet breakfast, food at the restaurant is good but a bit too expensive compares to restaurant on the street but you pay for the amazing location on the beach! Staff is very helpful both at the... More

Great little resort away from the hustle and bustle of chewang. Stayed here twice on overnight stop overs and great both times. Breakfast was yummy and had plenty of choice, there is plenty of choice with food, I would recommend caticus next door, great value for money. Don't book anything through the tour lady at the resort go next door... More

We arrived very early hours of the morning owing to 3 hour flight delay. Very tired but the security guards/reception staff were confused about which room we were to have. After phone call we were taken to our room. We had booked a pool room but when we saw it first thing next morning it was nothing like the photo... More

Being on Bophut beach its nice for the beach lovers. The resort is separated into 2 sections the first on the side of the Samui Ring Road and the second half are on the beachfront. The swimming pool overlooks the beach and has sweeping views across Koh Phangan. The small restaurant is poolside, and serves a wicked Irish Coffee that... More
