On our first visit to Georgioupoli, my wife and myself found it to be a beautifully situated village by the sea and mountains.It is very friendly with ample bars and tavernas serving good quality food,a main meal for 6 to 8euros. We spent a week here, 1st time to Crete, definately will return, thats the Island and accomodation. Two adults, 13 and 15yr olds.
