Very friendly, and very good value for money. The Tapes they serve there is also very good. They serve the BEST sausage I have ever tasted for breakfast. The only draw back is the parking on the road.

Excellent range of real ales - with a distinct bias towards cider - wonder why ?!
Great food - Sunday lunchtime = carvery - with three meats to choose from.
Service was excellent and welcoming.
Being away from the centre of the village - not too far mind - this tends to be a place for those 'in the know'....

We stayed at the Bramley Apple Inn completely by chance and it was one of the many great spots we found.
