We reached the Kawaguchiko station and called the hotel. Unfortunately, as expected..the lady staff had a really hard time understanding when I asked directions or enquire on shuttle to their hotel. Asked the lady at information counter..sounded really close. It was close..but it was certainly not easy at all to walk with a really huge suitcase..and a 2 year old... More
