nice and clean rooms.. well behaved staff. good room service and good food. very helpful staff. provided us extra quilts on asking.. but the best part was the view from the hotel. we could see the snow clad mountain peaks from our bed. the hotel was also close to nag temple.

third class facilities like not availability of extra blankets. quilts, blowers. even the location is not near still they had not provided pick and drop facility . not worth to money. had a chilled night

This is probably the best Hotel in which I stayed with my Family during my 7 day trip to Kashmir.The Location, Good service,helpful staff,Good ,Spacious Rooms with modern ,clean and Hygienic washroom are among some of the pros which we found here. Thoroughly Recommended and I will definitely stay here whenever I will visit this place again

We had stayed in this Hotel in the end of May.It is a very big Hotel with good surroundings.The rooms are spacious and clean.Room service is average. Food served here is costly. Front reception is not co-operative.The Hotel is nicely located but you have to face very frequent power cuts.
