This was our second stop on our way up north on the Inlandsbanan. We left totally refreshed and pleasantly surprised. The hotel overlooks a beautiful expanse of water and green trees. Nice and comfortable hotel. Lovely jacuzzi and sauna with huge glass windows out onto the lake. Good food in the restaurant. Must be the best in wilhelmina. Near to the oldest street and not far from the church. pleasant staff.

This was a great spot to stop at on the way down from the North cape. The rom was nice, the bathroom OK, the rates excellent and the staff friendly. It even had a flat screen TV! The bed was good too.

The hotel is spelt Wilhelmina but generally the town is called Vilhelmina. Spent many nights at this hotel over the years, ask for a room overlooking the lake (frozen in winter) and it's a nice place to relax. Breakfast is typical Swedish fayre and the restaurant is ok but I've never seen it very busy, the bar, like any other... More
