Like many others, we stayed at MWH whilst also sampling the food at River Cottage Canteen. I have stayed at many B&Bs, this is one of the better one's. Excellent breakfast considering the reasonable price of a night's stay. When we were staying they only took cash. Not sure if this is a permanent or temporary thing. More

A very pleasant stay in Axminster. We had a fabulous large room which was great as we had our 2 year daughter in a travel cot. the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Supplying fresh milk and a variety of teas is great. The house was super convenient to Axminster town centre. More

Friendly welcome , warm comfortable large bedroom , home cooked breakfast & reasonably priced. Mill Water House is just 5 minutes to River Cottage HQ & 2 minutes to Axminster centre for River Cottage Canteen.Everything came together for a "smashing" weekend. More

WE visited some friends in the area and stayed for the night with breakfast in this B & B. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast plentful and well cooked with local produce. Will be visiting again in the near future. More
