Wonderful B&B! A picturesque house back from the road. Immaculate bedroom and bathroom, and incredibly quiet inside. Really lovely hosts - very welcoming, and served a delicious breakfast. Perfect location for visiting River Cottage, as was the reason for our stay in Axminster. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful B&B with clean comfortable rooms. You have a lot of privacy but always someone on hand if you require assistance. Breakfast is fantastic, try the home made muesli, it's amazing! I would recommend this B&B for anyone staying in Axminster.

We stayed here for just the one night in early December prior to a trip to River Cottage HQ. Ruth, Tim and the cat are very friendly and very accommodating of our difficult checking in time! The house is lovely, the rooms large and clean, and the breakfast delicious.

stayed here whilst attending a chair making course, had a wonderful time, lovely setting, very quite, relaxing, the owners are very welcoming & I felt at home all week, plus Tims breakfasts are lovely. the room was spotless, warm, and quick free wi-fi.loads of parking. will stay again when down in that part of the world.

Absolutely excellent bed and breakfast. Beautiful rooms which were Immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast with a good variety on offer. The hosts were hospitable whilst not too intrusive. I would thoroughly recommend!!!

A very comfortable stay and exceptional value for money. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable room and lovely cooked breakfast. I would recommend it without hesitation. It makes an excellent base for anyone attending one of Axminster Tools training courses as it's less than a mile away.
