We were a group of 8 friends who made a road trip to Ponta Do Ouro, departing from Johannesburg in two vehicles. One of these vehicles was a 2x4 "bakkie" or "pickup" which got stuck many times in soft sand. Accordingly, a 4x4 is highly recommended if you are not taking the passenger service from the Cozy-bay border. Kaya Kweru... More
