excellent position, 5' walking from Chatelain Area and Louise, rooms are nice and quite spacious...but old. Bathrooms have no showers and looks refurbished in the '80s. Checkin and checkout very fast and people very kind and helpful. As usual in Accor hotels, wifi is NOT for free...

I stayed at Mercure hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience there. The rooms were clean and decorated nice, the personal in the reception were most helpful and friendly. We choose to buy the breakfast as well, and were pleasantly surprised by the high standard and wide selection.

This hotel is really good with its concentration on a good night sleep. I did have one major problem - the shower didnt work - this was very quickly corrected as soon as it was reported - impressive! The hotel is close to the metro and local restuarants and this makes it very convenient.
