We stayed here two nights during the wildflower season. The motel unit was spotless and dark (my only negative comment). Reading was a problem. Bring a light bulb. The room was big and the bed big and comfortable. The desk clerk (owner?) was helpful in telling us where to find the flowers. As with most Australian country motels, it had... More

This place was a good surprise after seeing so many bad Hotels/Motels in West Australia. The service was very friendly but also very conservative. As it was so cold in the Restaurant, I wanted to finish my bottle of beer in my room but I was not allowed to bring this one single bottle into the room. I was told... More

Friendly management. Restaurant is... More

Basic but clean and comfortable accommodation well above the usual standard of rural WA motels. The level of customer service was excellent with the lady on reception even demonstrating how to use the tv and air con remote controls. Meals in the restaurant were simple but good. The motel is used a lot by tour companies and is the best... More

This Hotel was real and welcome surprise. We came upon this hotel late in the afternoon of a really boiling hot February day - over 100F. We were travelling South to Perth and had intended to stop in the Goldfields, however the 'Donga' type rooms did not appeal on such a hot day. Fortunately this Hotel looked very welcoming and...
