I usually don't write reviews.. but this is my new favorite restaurant. We are stationed near Colmberg, and definitely plan to return to this restaurant. Fantastic! I am over 50 and I finally had a dream come true by being able to spend a night in a castle! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We had fun walking around the different floors and exploring different areas in the castle. Dinner was excellent and so was the room. Everyone was very helpful. More

We did not have the opportunity to stay in the Castle overnight as we were staying with friends, but we did get to enjoy a wonderful dinner there with our friends and their children after visiting Rothenberg. This is a huge solid fortress! I've never seen beam and windowsills so big! The veiw was great, the nights silent, (we kept the window open).
