We booked this hotel expecting this to be one of the hotels in the Prince hotel group, but was quite disappointed with the room size and the facilities. rooms are too cramped and zero ventilation. but the onsen was very good . would not recommend to stay at this hotel but could visit to use the onsen

This is a rather large resort "spa" or onsen which was a lot of fun. We were the only non-Japanese people there, but everyone tried to help us and explain things. The bellboys were particularly great. One had studied English in Australia..."No worries!"
