Very beautiful location with great views and comfortable rooms. And the small shopping mall inside the hotel is surprisingly interesting. Great for a getaway from the city.

I often visit Hokuto City of Yamanashi Prefecture of Japan, especially foot of the Mt. Yatsugatake and I usually stay at Resonare which is one of the largest resort hotels in that area.

We stayed at Risonare for 2 nights in July after a night at a luxurious onsen hotel in Izu.
Our room was the Maisonette Suite. A two level condo style room with a private jacuzzi outside.
The resort is as beautiful as the photos on its website.
Children's activities are endless. Food in the small eateries are very very good....
