This is a luxury hotel without any feeling for service. The check-in took 20 min. We had to book the dinner when we booked the room, and choose 6 PM. We benefitted from an interesting offer via Tokyu Hotels Comfort website (Japanese language only) called Mistery Plan with pre-fixed dinner: Mistery because the room could be upgraded by drawing at the time of check-in.
