The friendliness and service from the owners was superb. Family room was great and there was also a lounge complete with films that entertained the kids on a wet afternoon. Bryn Maen is not the easiest B & B to find without a sat.nav, fortunately it is nextdoor to a very well known pub 'The Grapes', a warm welcome awaited us & plates of sandwiches were provided at the late hour of our arrival.
